This old news now, all over the Chronicles since 24th May. You are missed there, bro. But tis just one of the many chess pieces being moved around presently, gingerly, hopefully we may turn the corner this time. Al-shabaab is on it back foot all over Juba and most of central Somalia, Puntland and Somaliland now in tandem, the somalis clearly war-weary now. At this moment, I am kinda optimistic we are the closest ever to terminal closure in this madness.

The story of Azania is very much feasible. The Idea originated when Nairobi wanted to a locating one of Kenya’s Border town as a Home or Resort for peace loving Somalias. But after constant deliberation it was realized that it was unlikely that they would go back to their motherland after crossing over. It was resolved that it would be better if the resort was established within the perimeter of Somalia so as frequenting it would be easier by most. The aim was to create a peaceful and working economy amidst the rambles and ruins , that would evangelize to it surrounding and hence bring Somali back to its reasonable senses. Modules have been borrowed from the South Sudan and In future we hope to see effluent Somalia business man from Eastleigh moving north to do business.
